Asbestos Management Plans

An asbestos management plan ensures a workplace or property owner is able to manage the risk of asbestos exposure to workers, tenants, clients or other visitors.

Asbestos Management Plans

An asbestos management plan ensures a workplace or property owner is able to manage the risk of asbestos exposure to workers, tenants, clients or other visitors.

All workplaces must have an asbestos management plan in place for structures that may contain asbestos. This will include most structures built or installed prior to 2000, unless there is good evidence that they do not contain asbestos.

To effectively manage asbestos, you need to have a clear picture of what asbestos may be present. We provide a full asbestos surveying, testing and management consultancy service so you can be sure you're protecting yourself and your workers, contractors, tenants and clients.

To manage a hazard, you need to have a clear picture of where it is and what level of risk it poses. This is where the asbestos survey comes in. An asbestos survey will locate and assess the condition of all possible asbestos-containing materials at your site.

If you already have an asbestos survey report, we can incorporate that into your plan. However, we will still need to conduct our own inspection to assess the current condition of the materials.
